Juventus news: Claudio Marchisio to be called for Udinese clash

Claudio Marhisio is back. The Italian regista is set to be called for the incoming Serie A game against Udinese. Marchisio picked up a knee injury on the 17th of April in a home league game against Palermo. The injury forced him to skip EURO 2016 and the first part of the 2016-17 campaign.

Juventus organized a friendly game against non-pro side Pro Settimo & Eureka yesterday evening to test the midfielder’s physical conditions.

The game only lasted 45 minutes and Marchisio played them all, showing a good shape and proved to be almost recovered from his such a serious injury.

Massimiliano Allegri, who is short of options in midfield after an injury suffered by Kwadwo Asamoah last month, is ready to welcome back the Principino who is not only going to add depth to the squad, but is also going to add quality to the Old Lady’ centre midfield.
