Juventus' Khedira takes to night-time training to make Bayern, Napoli clashes

Injured or not, Juventus have themselves a professional in Sami Khedira. Though often forced to sit by a number of knocks, the 28-year-old has established himself in the middle of the park, and has proved to be a brilliant foil for Paul Pogba and Claudio Marchisio.

Problem is, he has a right thigh lesion, and is not expected to return inside two weeks. Awful timing, with Napoli and Bayern Munich coming up.

The German is, however, so determined to be there for his new club that he has posted pictures to his online (thanks to Adam Digby for the correction) social media account.

If he were to succed, it’ll be because of Bayern Munich’s former doctor, Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt, who is now in charge of the Mannschaft’s team.

Sami isn’t just working with him, Juventus are, too. It’s not like Juventus don’t know what they’re doing, is it?

Whatever happens, Coach Max Allegri has pointed out that Khedira will only play if he feels 100% ready, and if the medical team clears him.

Juventus are also prioritising the Bayern Munich game, which means they’ll avoid taking a punt for Napoli.
