Juventus: Bendtner is the new forward. Inter: all on Floccari?
One day before the end of the Summer transfer window, Juventus have finally found their new striker: the Serie A champs have in fact found an agreement with Arsenal to obtain on loan 24 year old forward Nicklas Bendtner. The Dane has already arrived in Turin, and as confirmed to Mediaset Premium by Juve General Manager Giuseppe Marotta, he will substain the medicals tomorrow. Bendtner will earn 1,7 million euros per season and will be able to be signed on permanent deal for 5 million euros. In the hunt for the Danemark national, the bianconeri have overtaken Siena, who, as confirmed to Sky by their Sports Director Stefano Antonelli, already had an agreement with both the Gunners and the player’s agent. Regarding the defense, the Piedmontese club is in competition with Palermo for Atalanta 28 year old Federico Peluso, while, regarding the possible departures, 31 year old Vincenzo Iaquinta has refused to move to Watford, as confirmed to calciomercato.com by his agent Alessandro D’Amico.
Interviewed by Sky before the game against Vaslui, Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has declared that a new forward could be signed, but only if there will be a good oportunity. Lazio 31 year old Sergio Floccari remains a valid option, even if also Fiorentina are keen on the player.
