Juventus and Bayern Munich the less beaten defences in Europe
The good news for the Serie A giants is also that they have achieved such a good result rotating each one of their defenders.
All their centre-backs have started at least one game this season and also Gig Buffon’s back-up Neto has collected one appearance replacing the Italian goalkeeper in the mid-week clash against Cagliari.
Juventus have only allowed goals in league games, registering two clean sheets in as much Champions League games. Bayern Munich have allowed three goals in league games and one in Champions League, when they lost for 1-0 against last year’s finalists Atletico Madrid.
Both Juventus and Bayern top their league’s table. The bianconeri are five points above second-placed Napoli, whilst Carlo Ancelotti’s side have a three point lead over Herta Berlin after getting just one draw against Cologne during the last week-end.
