Juventus add Bundesliga star to shopping list

Serie A giants Juventus are interested in signing Bundesliga star Christoph Kramer, today’s edition of Tuttosport reports. The Old Lady’s director of sport Fabio Paratici travelled to Germany at the beginning of the week to make contact with both Schalke 04 and Borussia Monchengladbach as Juventus are monitoring the likes of Leon Goretzka who is under contract with Schalke and Mahmoud Dahoud who, on the other hand plays for Monchengladbach.

Dahoud’s teammate Kramer, however, has also emerged as a potential transfer target of Juventus given that the Serie A giants are desperate to sign midfield reinforcement in the January transfer window.

Kramer,25, is a 2014 Germany World Cup winner and the Borussia Monchengladbach signed him on a permanent deal last summer for € 15 from Bayer Leverkusen, but the player had already been playing for the German club on loan between 2013 and 2015.

Kramer has two assists in 19 games so far this season, but has all the qualities that any other Juventus midfielder is lacking of at the moment and Paratici did not only ask information about Dahoud, but also sounded out the availability of the 25-year-old Germany International during his trip to Germany last week.
