Juve's CEO Marotta: 'Allegri and Bonucci will stay'

Before the game against Inter Milan, Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta stated: “Allegri’s future? I understand your curiosity, but we have no problems with Allegri and we are not seeking a new coach: he has a contract, and there are no reasons to think about a different option”.

Marotta also talked about the next transfer window: “We believe that the team has been improved in the last years, and that the current group is the strongest of Agnelli’s management. On the other hand, time goes by, some players are about to become free agents and we always want to improve. Now Juve have more appeal on the great players: in the past it was almost impossible to reach them, now it’s easier”.

Regarding Pep Guardiola’s appreciation for Leonardo Bonucci, the executive said: “We are not worried. We are always happy when the great managers talk about our players. In any case, Juve don’t sell their players, unless the players themselves ask to leave, and this is not Bonucci’s case: he has extended his deal and he’s happy here”.
