Juve to embark on a European tour: All the names in the notebook

With just under three months to go until the January window opens, Juventus are busy plotting who they will be considering bringing to Turin for the second-half of the season.

Tuttosport has published a list of potential targets this morning and CEO Beppe Marotta and Sporting Director Fabrizio Paratici are planning to go on a European tour. First stop could be the  Spanish capital with Isco (Real Madrid) and Saul Niguez (Atletico Madrid) both featuring highly on the list of possible reinforcements.

Next stop could be Russia with Zenit St Petersburg’s Belgian midfielder Axel Witsel set to finally make his move to Serie A after an aborted attempt in the summer. Then it’s on to England with Liverpool’s Divok Origi in the mirror along with Manchester United’s Antonio Martial and Southampton’s Jordi Clasie. Next a quick hop across the English Channel to Paris to enquire about PSG midfielder Blaise Matuidi before heading to Germany in pursuit of Julian Brandt (Bayer Leverkusen) and Julian Weigl (Borussia Dortmund).

Then it’s on to Holland for Ajax midfielder Davy Klaassen before moving on to Portugal for Alex Grimaldo (Benfica) and Porto trio Ruben Neves, Hector Herrera and Otavio. Finally it’s time to head home to observe Atalanta duo Franck Kessie and Roberto Gagliardini.
