    Jorginho, Bernardeschi for Italy Squad?

    Jorginho, Bernardeschi for Italy Squad?

This evening is D-Day for Azzurri fans, with Coach Antonio Conte revealing the 23-man squad that'll face Spain and Germany on Thursday 24th and Tuesdays 29th. Reports indicate that Federico Bernardeschi, Thiago Motta, and Jorginho are set to be included, mainly because of the issues Italy have there.

With Claudio Marchisio and Marco Verratti injured, and Andrea Pirlo and Daniele De Rossi being excluded from Conte's project, the new guys are also being called to replace Marco Parolo and Andrea Bertolacci, who aren't in great physical shape. Though he's set to be called up, Riccardo Montolivo is also recovering from an injury, and may well be left on the bench.

Conte looks set to revert to 3-5-2- for the game against Spain, and he's hoping to use Andrea Barzagli instead of the injured Giorgio Chiellini. The Azzurri are likely to use a four-man backline against germany.
