Inter sack Mancini: manager’s pay-off revealed, De Boer arrived in Milan – LIVE UPDATES –
7.00 pm The Dutch manager has arrived at Linate airport. These are his first words: "I am very happy to be here, and I hope to do great things; see you tomorrow for the press conference"
4.30 pm – New Inter boss Franck De Boer is at Amsterdam’s airport ready to fly to Italy. The Dutch manager was pictured by Inter legend Aldo Serena who is also at the airport, but is flying to a different destination.

4.05 pm – Franck De Boer will land in Milan today. He’s going to meet Inter’s chiefs to meet them in person and sign his contract with the nerazzurri.
3.00 pm – Details of De Boer’s backroom staff are revealed by Sky Italia: Orland Trustfull will be appointed as assistant coach, whist Michael Kreek will be part of De Boer’s staff. The latter played for Padova and Perugia in his playing career.
2.50 pm – According to Sky Italia, Roberto Mancini and Inter have found agreement over the manager’s pay-off. The Italian boss will receive a € 2 million pay-off.
1.20 pm - Mancini confirms his farewell
Through a series of tweets, Roberto Mancini has announced his departure from Inter. In them he stated that he has left the club amicably and he also thanked the supporters for their backing. Finally, he thanked the players for their totallly professional attitude during his 20-month spell back at the club.
