Inter: idea Quagliarella. AC Milan: new plan for Destro
As reported in the last days, after the arrivals of 29-year-old striker Lukas Podolski and 23-year-old winger Xherdan Shaqiri, Inter Milan are now seeking a midfielder, and their main targets seem to be Atletico Madrid 27-year-old Mario Suarez Mata and Liverpool same-aged Lucas Pezzini Leiva: this latter has had a great performance yesterday against Sunderland, and his manager Brendan Rodgers has excluded the possibility of a transfer during the current transfer window; meanwhile, interviewed by fcInterNews, Manuel Garcia Quillon, agent of the Spaniard –who is admired by the Lombard team’s coach Roberto Mancini, as confirmed yesterday by the former Manchester City manager himself- has declared that in addition to the nerazzurri, also other Italian and English clubs are after his client; the other options for Inter’s midfield are 29-year-old Lassana Diarra –waiting to terminate his contract with Lokomotiv Moscow-, Paris Saint-Germain 32-year-old Thiago Motta and Tottenham 26-year-old Paulinho. Perhaps, the nerazzurri –as outlined by Tuttosport- could also need a new forward, as 33-year-old Rodrigo Palacio may need ankle-surgery, and are thinking about Torino 31-year-old Fabio Quagliarella. Also city rivals AC Milan are seeking a striker, and, as reported by the Corriere dello Sport, to obtain 23-year-old Mattia Destro, are ready to offer 22-year-old Stephan El Shaarawy to AS Roma.
