Inter Milan will play tonight at Udinese, and the nerazzurri’s boss Roberto Mancini will probably deploy a squad with Mauro Icardi and Geoffrey Kondogbia. The Argentine striker is ready to start again after two games on the bench, while the French midfielder has recovered from a muscular injury.
On the other hand, another 22-year-old –Udinese right back Silvan Widmer- will try to make the nerazzurri upset. The Swiss is on the Lombard team’s flank, as Mancini himself has asked for a reinforcement regarding his team’s flank. The Lombard club will have then tonight the possibility to observe the former Aarau man, whose contract will expire in June 2019.
The main alternatives to Widmer remain Club Brugge 24-year-old Thomas Meunier, Hellas Verona same-aged Jacopo Sala and Paris Saint-Germain 27-year-old Gregory van der Wiel, while it seems more difficult to obtain Sassuolo 23-year-old Sime Vrsaljko or Torino 25-year-old Bruno Peres.
