January is approaching and it’s time for teams to prepare to bring in new players, and off-load the ones surplus to requirements. Inter feature heavily in any transfer talk this winter with the nerazzurri aiming to recoup around €25 million to satisfy financial fair-play guidelines.
 

With this in mind, some of the clubs big names are under threat; Geoffrey Kondogbia’s situation has been well publicised but now there is serious doubts over both Ever Banega and Marcelo Brozovic. The Croatian, purchased in 2015 for €11 million renewed his contract on Wednesday until 2021 with an annual salary worth €2.5 million per season. This however, will not stop Inter listening to offers of around €25 million.  

Banega arrived in summer on a free-transfer from Sevilla but cost around €4.5 million in commission payments. Once again, the nearzzurri will be prepared to listen to the right offer; in this case, somewhere in the region of €15 million.
