Gianluigi Donnarumma says that he hopes to stay at AC Milan for very long time

AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has released an interview with the club’s official TV, denying that he’s going to leave the rossoneri as some reports had suggested in the previous days.

“I’ve always dreamt of playing for this club. I want to stay here and win trophies with this shirt. I am 17 and I don’t think I have enough experience to wear the captain’s armband. Jack [Bonaventura], Ignazio Abate and Mattia De Sciglio come before me. Maybe in ten years time.”

“Montella has brought enthusiasm, we are more self-confident now, but we can still do more, we can’t be satisfied yet.”

“Most of us Milan players come from the youth sector, senior players have made us feel part of the group from the very first day. The club’s youth sector is very good, there are many promising players there.”

“Training with Buffon with Italy is an absolute honour. He’s my idol since I was a child. Playing against him tomorrow will be stimulating.”

“We should have no fear of Juventus, they are a great side, but we have to remain calm. We are working well and we hope our fans can help us.”
