Gabigol could go on loan to Besiktas, swap with Genoa star Rincon on the cards?
Could Inter be about to swap Gabigol for Genoa midfielder Tomas Rincon?
Also chased by Juventus, Rincon recently put in an energetic shift at the San Siro, and could be the solution to the Nerazzurri’s midfield woes, where they are struggling to muck in and create much of a roadblock.
Today’s edition of Tuttosport claims that the Nerazzurri are tempted to loan Gabigol to the Grifone as a bargaining chip. With agent Wagner Ribeiro expressing his client’s anger in an interview with ESPN Brazil yesterday, director of sport Piero Ausilio compared the Brazilian to Suso, the Milan man who found a new lease of life when on loan at the Marassi stadium.
Genoa aren’t the only option for a loan, with Pescara, Bologna, Besiktas and Las Palmas also on the list, as well as former club Santos.
Genoa would have an advantage, with Rincon’s deal set to expire in 2018, and only too happy to accept a bigger club and a double salary. The 29-year-old currently earns €750.000, but AC Milan are reportedly entertaining an offer too.
