From Spain: here’s the price-tag of Man Utd target James Rodriguez

According to today’s edition of Mundo Deportivo Real Madrid have fixed the price for James Rodriguez. The Colombian ace has been struggling with game time since Zinedine Zidane was appointed as Real Madrid coach, but the Spanish paper claims Florentino Perez is still requesting € 80 million to allow the player’s departure from the Santiago Bernabeu where he arrived two years ago from AS Monaco for a similar transfer fee.

In the meantime, a meeting between the player, Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Perez has been scheduled for the 25th of July when the three parties will be discussing about the player’s future at the club.

Manchester United and Juventus have been linked with welcoming the player’s services, but give his high price-tag, the Old Lady is likely to give up on the player, whilst Real Madrid would consider whether to make an offer for the talented 24-year-old star after announcing the signing of Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Borussia Dormund for more than € 30 million.

James, netted 8 goals in 32 appearances with Real Madrid last term.
