The star of the show as Colombia beat both the USA and Paraguay 2-1, the former Monaco man was able to pop his joint back into its socket, and the injury has been classed as light by the Cafeteros, who decided to field him yesterday anyway.
That said, he is likely to need surgery once the tournament ends, a potential concern for fans of the Merengues.
Rodriguez, it must be remembered, visited Turin at the end of the season, though he left without reaching an agreement with the Old Lady.
