According to Russian portal Izvestia, Zenit St Petersburg are ready to offer Belgian international Axel Witsel a new deal, this despite the controversy surrounding his aborted move to Juventus this summer. The 27-year-old's current deal expires next Juve which will leave him free to join another club on a free-transfer.
