Did Bayern promise Ancelotti both Higuain and Bonucci?

El Mundo Deportivo has a stunning report that should attract plenty of interest from fans of European football.

According to the Catalan newspaper, incoming Bayern Munich manager Carlo Ancelotti asked for certain guarantees to be provided when he agreed to become the German team's coach.

Among them, the former Milan, PSG and Real Madrid manager asked the Bundesliga giants to promise that Robert Lewandowski, Thomas Muller and David Alaba be kept no matter what.

As part of the deal, the Bavarians are also reported to have promised to do their best to bring in the necessary reinforcements, which in this case seem to Gonzalo Higuain of Napoli and Leonardo Bonucci of Juventus.

There is some positive news for Juventus fans: Mario Gotze doesn't seem to figure in the former Parma manager's plans, something of particular relevance for the Bianconeri, who are considering making an offer for the German international.
