Milan's players 'are all with Mihajlovic'
Speaking ahead of the Rossoneri's Serie A clash with Chievo on Sunday, Milan's rising star had some kind words for his manager.
"He's been fundamental to me, both at Milan and at Sampdoria, and I hope to continue with him. I fully share Cristian Abbiati's thoughts on the matter, we're all with him".
Abbiati had confirmed that the entire team was with the Serbian manager, something which Ignazio Abate also confirmed. More recently, former Milanista Sulley Muntari told Milan Channel that all his ex team-mates "spoke very warmly of Sinisa Mihajlovic".
The 21-year-old Romagnoli also mentioned that he was "in good shape, I've trained, but it's up to the coach [whether I play]".
He also had some comments about the Sassuolo game, and Milan's ambitions.
"We played a very ugly game, we need to pick ourselves up and play our football against Verona.
"The Champions League is our objective. Until we're here we'll try to make it, then I don't know what will happen, unless Roma simply outstrip us too much. We're in good nick, we need to win all our games".
"I want to become a Milan icon, it's a great club and I hope to remain as long as possible".
He had some final words for Mario Balotelli: "He's not a problem, he's a very good player and his qualities are evident to everyone".
