Inter: Ranocchia to renew. AC Milan: plan for Rabiot
Today, Inter Milan have introduced to the press their new center back Nemanja Vidic, who has joined as a free-agent after that his deal with Manchester United had expired; the nerazzurri now want to complete their offensive line by extending the contract of 26-year-old Andrea Ranocchia: the Lombard club has already made an offer to the player and is now waiting for his answer; as outlined by calciomercato.com, the main topic of the negotiation is the salary of the Italy international, as the possibility to offer to this latter the captain's band depends from the first team's coach Walter Mazzarri. For what concerns the possible new signings, Inter -as revealed by La Gazzetta dello Sport- won't be able to afford high transfer fees; even for this reason, the nerazzurri are trying to sell some of their players, like 21-year-old Diego Laxalt -tracked by Cesena- and same-aged Joseph Alfred Duncan, who -according to the French press- is a target for Nice. Also city rivals AC Milan are working to sell some of their players, and, according to gianlucadimarzio.com, 27-year-old attacking midfielder Valter Birsa is about to join Chievo, while same-aged right back Ignazio Abate -as outlined by calciomercato.com- could be offered to Paris Saint-Germain to obtain 19-year-old midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
