Carlos Bacca victim of home theft while playing World Cup qualifiers with Colombia

AC Milan star Carlos Bacca was victim of home theft in Terrazzano sul Naviglio, 9 km southwest of Milan, yesterday night, while playing the South America World Cup qualifiers Colombia-Bolivia.

Bacca scored one goal and registered one assist, but despite his side’s 3-2 win over Bolivia that wasn’t a good night at all for the Colombian hit-man.

Reports from Italian media claim an undetermined number of burglars entered the former Sevilla FC’s property and used  Bacca’s Mini Cooper to break down the villa gates.

After stealing jewels and other valuable objects, the burglars left the property driving another car belonging to the Colombian striker: a Porche Cayenne.

Bacca has been informed about what happened, but he will only be able to come back to Italy after Tuesday’s Colombia-Ecuador.

The Carabinieri have started a criminal investigation.
