Burdisso backs team-mate Izzo after match-fixing accusations
Genoa skipper Nicolas Burdisso has offered his support to team-mate Armando Izzo who saw his name dragged into Italy’s latest match fixing scandal earlier this week. Burdisso tweeted: “Now more than ever I feel the need to say stay strong Armando Izzo!!! We’re with you and believe in you… don’t give in… ever!”
