Italy boss Antonio Conte weighs up Euro 2016 call-up for Donnarumma
With Mattia Perin who picked up a cruciate knee ligament injury less than two weeks ago, the next Chelsea boss is looking for a third-choice goalkeeper as both Gianluigi Buffon and Salvatore Sirigu have already booked their tickets for the summer tournament.
Italy’s goalkeeper coach Gianluca Spinelli has been scouting the 17-year-old shot-stopper over the last few games, while Antonio Conte was at the San Siro on Thursday night when Donnarumma made a miraculous save on Carpi’s Marco Crimi in the second half.
