Biglia meets with Director of Sport Tare, set to stay at Lazio
According to the Corriere dello Sport, the Argentinian midfielder met with Sporting Director Igli Tare yesterday, where the two are reported to have spoken about their respective wishes and ambitions. The result is that the 29–year-old midfield playmaker looks set to stay until June.
We’d previously reported that a number of clubs, including PSG and Manchester United, were interested in the former Anderlecht man, and that Inter in particular were looking to bring him in to complete their midfield with a ball-playing, creative talent.
Then again, Lazio reportedly wanted a staggering 30 million for Biglia, a very high price for someone who will turn 30 in early January.
