Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski continues to score; the big Polish frontman got two of his sides three goals in Saturday’s away win at Augsburg. At the end of the match the 28-year-old was once again asked about the latest situation on a contract renewal to which he replied; “I have nothing new to tell you about this. Again I have not signed anything. We are still in negotiations and we continue to move forward but it’s necessary to have patience in these matters”.
 

Lewandowski’s comment mirror those from CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge who also stated recently that the two parties were making progress but and that an announcement will be made when everything is confirmed. Comments like these however, will not stop the rumour mill from turning with Spanish giants Real Madrid, despite having a current transfer embargo in place for the next two windows, still not giving up the idea to bring the Polish international to the Spanish capital.
