Barca flop Aleix Vidal offers himself to Sevilla; Milan, Inter interested
Aleix Vidal could well be on his way to another Liga club, according to reports.
Both Serie A giants Inter and AC Milan are known to be very interested, with recent reports indicating that the Rossoneri were very close to snagging the full-back, who is circling the drain at Barcelona.
Radio Marca claim, however, that he’s offered himself to former club Sevilla, where he played in 2014/2015, netting four league goals. The Brazilian went from being the new Dani Alves (also a Rojiblancos product) to flopping at the Nou Camp, appearing in only 10 Liga games since joining the Catalans in 2015.
Vidal is alleged to have directly called Sevilla’s director of sport, Monchi, to offer his services.
Both Inter and AC Milan are fascinated by the prospect of adding the Catalan misfit, however, with his agent confirming yesterday that he “could join Milan”.
The 27-year-old would be a much-needed reinforcement for both San Siro outfits, needing as they do some extra quality on the right.
