AS Roma beat Juventus on penalties to win Primavera title!
Juventus took the lead in the first half with a goal scored from the spot by Kastanos after that Di Livio had fouled Lirola. AS Roma’s Ponce netted the equalizer at the beginning of the second half and in the final minutes of the regular time, Juventus’ Pozzebon denied his teammate’s attempt Cassata with an accidental goal line clearance.
With both teams exhausted during the extra time, AS Roma claimed their 8th Primavera title as Vadala and Marchizza fluffed their penalties and Cristanto saved Favilli’s attempt. Grossi scored the decisive penalty for AS Roma.
