Arsenal ready to make offer for Gabigol

The Daily Mirror reports that Arsenal are ready to make an official offer for Santos’ striker Gabriel Barbosa, commonly known as Gabigol. Arsene Wenger is looking for a new striker and the Frenchman wants to seal the transfer of the Brazilian hit-man after Jamie Vardy’s snub.

The 19-year-old scored two goals in four appearances with his club this season, the same scored he has registered with senior Brazil national team.

Serie A club Fiorentina have been also linked with welcoming the player's services in the upcoming transfer window.
