Arsenal, Chelsea target not leaving Lazio in January
According to various reports from England, the Holland International is a long-time target of Arsenal and Chelsea. Both Premier League sides, however, are being monitoring the player and have failed to make official offers yet.
Lazio are not going to sell De Vrij in the January transfer window and could even offer him a three year contract extension with pay rise.
The former Feyenoord starlet is on a € 1.3 million deal until 2018 and is going to be offered a new € 1.8 million contract until 2021.
De Vrij is currently out of action with a metatarsal fracture and will return to action in December.
