Ajax midfielder Riechedly Bazoer is in high demand. Juventus has already considered the 20-year-old Dutchman as the new alternative to Paul Pogba and both Napoli and Inter have made tentative enquiries. According to the players agent however, there’s another Serie A player in town.
 

De Telegraaf has been speaking to that agent who is also the brother of Bazoer, who has explained that; “I have had several conversations with Sporting Director Rocco Maiorino”. Now we wait to see if Mirabelli, who is due to take over from Maiorino later this month, intends to try to close the deal to bring the highly-rated Dutchman to Italy. Ajax are believed to be asking for €22 million from any potential buyer.  

The youngster burst on to the scene with the Dutch giants back in 2013 and is already a member of the Danny Blind’s national team. Ajax are almost resigned to losing one of their crown jewels and Serie A looks like the preferred destination.
