Inter: good-bye Diarra. AC Milan: Muntari will stay
Inter Milan keep on seeking a midfielder, and keep on evaluating the situation of 29-year-old Lassana Diarra, who has recently terminated his contract with Lokomotiv Moscow: the Frenchman has already passed the medicals for the nerazzurri, but this latters are waiting for him to solve all his legal problems with the Russians; in the mid time, as outlined by calciomercato.com, other clubs have contacted him, so Inter will have to hurry up if they don’t want to loose their last chance for the former Real Madrid player, who, according to gianlucadimarzio.com, is about to sign for Borussia Dortmund; another option for the Lombard club remains Atletico Madrid 27-year-old Mario Suarez Mata, even if the Colchoneros’ coach Diego Pablo Simeone doesn’t want to let him go: the Spaniard could be replaced by Liverpool same-aged Lucas Pezzini Leiva, who is a target for the nerazzurri too. Inter are also tracking some young talents, and, as reported by Sky Sport, have joined Juventus in the hunt for Fluminense 18-year-old attacking midfielder Gerson, who is doing very well at the U-20 South American Championship; also city rivals AC Milan are tracking a player of the Tricolor Carioca, 19-year-old striker Kenedy. The rossoneri are also thinking about selling some of their players, and one of them is 30-year-old Sulley Muntari, but, through his Twitter profile, Federico Pastorello, agent of the Ghana international, has assured that his client will stay.
