As reported in the last days, AC Milan will need to sign a new center back in the next transfer window, and their main target for that positions remains 23 year old Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, whose contract with Montpellier will expire at the end of the current season: in addition to the rossoneri and Barcelona, now also Liverpool, who are not too happy of 27 year old Martin Skrtel, seem to be interested in the France national. Last Summer Milan have extended until the next month of June the contract of 28 year old French midfielder Mathieu Flamini: the former Arsenal player could move back to his homecountry, where he is required by Olympique Marseille. Still regarding the possible departures 27 year old Algerian left back Djamel Mesbah has declared to Chaine III that during the last tranfer window he had a difficult period due to the fact that his future was constantly uncertain, and that this situation has not helped him in doing well during the pre-season training.
