UPDATE: 12.23 CET+1: Berlusconi’s surgery is just finished and it seems that the rossoneri owner has had a successful operation. His heart beats in total autonomy and Berlusconi will now be hospitalized in Milan’s San Raffaele Hospital intensive care unit.
In the meantime, Sal Galatioto will meet Fininvest chiefs in their headquarters to carry on negotiations to buy a majority share in the club.
