Why FIFA will prohibit Nainggolan from playing against Napoli
Choosing to stay away from Belgium’s two World Cup qualifiers against Bosnia and Gibraltar, the Antwerp native got himself into some trouble when he was pictured playing with Roma’s Under-21 team.
But there may be more problems round the corner: FIFA also have a five-day rule, which prohibits players from appearing for their teams within five days of the last international they have skipped.
Seeing as Belgium’s game against Gibraltar is on Monday, he won’t be able to appear on the Saturday, when the Romanisti travel to the San Paolo.
