Both the Daily Star and the Daily Express claim that West Brom have offered a stunning €21 million for midfielder William Carvalho.
The Portuguese international would certainly be a strong option in the middle, where the Baggies could do with some finesse alongside Argentine butcher Claudio Yacob.
