Werder Brema, UFFICIALE: Gnabry lascia a fine mese

Il Werder Brema ha ufficializzato sul proprio profilo twitter che l'attaccante classe '95, Serge Gnabry, ha attivato una clausola presente nel suo contratto per svincolarsi dal club tedesco e a fine mese sarà libero di firmare con qualunque squadra a parametro zero.
