    Before the kick off at the San Siro tonight, Maxi Lopez refused Mauro Icardi’s handshake, just like it happened before each recent meeting between their sides.

    Talking to Premium Sport after the half time whistle Icardi said: ‘Yes, he refused my handshake, but, you know, someone is ignorant. I tried to be polite but these things can happen.’
