As confirmed by Torino manager Sinisa Mihajlovic, the 24-year-old center back Nikola Maksimovic has refused to join his team for the TIM Cup game against Pro Vercelli. According to the latest rumors, the Serb has flown to his home country without informing his club.
As reported by Tuttosport, the former Red Star man is looking for a rupture, while the Piedmont’s club would like to find a solution.
The defender is a target for Napoli, but the azzurri have not made a convincing offer, while the granata are asking for at least €25 million.
