10. PAREDES SET FOR AS ROMA STAY
AS Roma wanted to sell Paredes at the beginning of the transfer campaign but Luciano Spalletti has been convinced by the player’s convincing performances in pre-season games to keep the Uruguay International in the squad. The target of Schalke 04 and AC Milan is not going to leave the Olimpico before the Champions League play off stage at least but his stay at the club seems to be a long one. Meantime Wojciech Szczesny will return to the club for a second loan spell.
