AS Roma are in pole position to sign him next summer as Walter Sabatini has an option to buy him, Sky Sport Italia has reported. However, whit AS Roma’s sporting director who is rumoured to be edging closer to Olimpico exit, Budimir’s could not be wearing the giallorossi shirt next season.
According to gianlucadimarzio.com, Inter and Juventus are also interested in signing the striker. The nerazzurri would loan him out to Sampdoria for one season, while the Old Lady is planning to buy him in partnership with Atalanta.
Budimir could be Mario Mandzukic’s heir and if Juve will seal his transfer they could also decide to keep him at Crotone for one more season.
