Barcelona, Gabigol and Santos; the row continues after the player signed for Inter but left the Catalan giants feeling let down by his former club Santos. The blaugrana has accused them of not having complied with the right to let the Spanish champions have the right to take the player as was discussed in the sale of Neymar. Barcelona has not proceeded to take legal action against the Brazilians in respect of a €3.2 million down payment which they thought would secure the services of the 19-year-old striker as well as Victor Andrade and Giva.
