Spartak Moscow make offer for Jovetic
The player would like to return to the Premier League, but there is no concrete interest for him in England, apart from Arsenal who, however, have not made any official offer yet and have just asked information about the Montenegro star.
Spartak Moscow are the only club to have tabled a concrete offer for the 26-year-old striker and even if Jovetic is not convinced by the idea of heading to the Russian league, he might change his mind if he will receive no more offers.
