South African striker excluded from national team after farts in coach’s face

Heavy air in the dressing room of South Africa national team as former Bournemouth and Malmoe striker Tokelo Rantie has been excluded from the senior national team squad for fating in the face of coach Efriam Meshaba.

The South African FA have officially announced that the player has been excluded from the team for arriving late at the last training session, but the real reason behind the FA’s decision is another one.

Rantie, who is under contract with Genclerbirligi Ankara is said to have farted in his coach’s face during the last call-up to senior national team with the South African FA that has accepted the boss’ decision to exclude the player from the squad.

Rantie is now travelling back to Turkey where he will return to training with his club under the manager Ibrahim Uzulmez.

Rantie has just four appearances and no goals with his club so far this season.
