Sousa: 'Fans have the right to boo Fiorentina'
Defending the fans who booed the Viola at the end of the 0-0 tie, the Portuguese Coach admitted in the post--match press conference that his team was struggling:
“The team is going through a bad moment. The ball isn’t being passed around enough. Last year we’d usually be a goal or two ahead inside 20 minutes. If you don’t break teams open they close up space.
“We need to recognized that fans pay for their tickets, and want wins. It’s normal that they whistle us when things don’t go right. They have every right to do so. The Fiesole supported me when we struggled, so it’s normal that they behave this way”
