Juventus issue ultimatum to Berardi
The Italian winger refused to join Juventus last summer, claiming that he preferred to stay at Sassuolo, a club which guarantees him more game time that the Old Lady.
Juventus’ € 25 million option to sign the player expired last summer and the player’s snub irritated a lot both Giuseppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici who still wants to sign the Italian promise, but are now in rush to now the player’s plans for the future.
The Serie A giants are already planning their strategies for the incoming transfer windows and want to know whether they can consider Berardi as a possible reinforcement.
It is not a problem of money, if the player agrees to move to the J Stadium, Juventus are pretty sure that, somehow, they are going to find an agreement with Sassuolo too. Trouble is, the player has no clear ideas about his future and Juventus have issued ultimatum to his entourage. If Berardi doesn’t take a quick decision, Juventus will pounce on other possible reinforcements.
