Shakhtar ace Teixeira: 'I'm ready for Juve'

After failing in signing the German starlet Julian Draxler during the last transfer window, Juventus are now looking again for an attacking midfielder who can allow their first team’s head coach Massimiliano Allegri to recover the 4-3-1-2.

As reported in the last days, Empoli 23-year-old Riccardo Saponara could be a concrete option for the next season, but the bianconeri are also seeking abroad.

Interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Shakhtar Donetsk 25-year-old Alex Teixeira stated: “Juve is one of Europe’s best clubs. I know that they have shown an interest for me, and this makes me happy. If in the future they will make an offer that will make both Shakhtar and I happy, I will be glad to join them”.
