Serie A club surprisingly join Arsenal and Real Madrid in race to sign Swedish promise
The 17-year-old striker has 11 goals in 26 appearances with AIK so far this season and his considered the natural heir to Sweden legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Real Madrid, however, are believed to be leading the race to sign the 17-year-old striker given that Isak has already visited the club’s training ground in Spain a few weeks ago.
AIK have rejected both Real Madrid and PSG’s opening bids giving the Gunners new hope for a potential positive end of negotiations to lure the Swedish promise.
Juventus and Napoli have also been scouting the player but both clubs have failed to make official offers yet. Torino are said to be plotting a € 7 million bid to sign Isak, but Torino’s proposal is likely to be rejected as the Swedish side have just said no to Real Madrid’s € 8 million bid.
