ROMANO EXCLUSIVE Milan want to renew Donnarumma, but on THEIR terms
From what we've heard, Adriano Galliani, Marco Fassone and new director of sport Massimo Mirabelli have two objectives beyond Jack Bonaventura.
Having been acquired for €3 million, M'Baye Niang is now considered to be someone who needs to be kept around. Currently on €800k a year, the Frenchman wants to earn something closer to €2 million, which is what team-mates like Andrea Bertolacci and Alessio Romagnoli make.
The two sides will meet soon, something that will also happen with Gianluigi Donnarumma. But there's a difference here: Milan's new Chinese owners want to make Donnarumma happy, but not spoil him.
Thing is, agent Mino Raiola wants his client to be paid like an elite goalkeeper, and can bring half of Europe's best clubs knocking at the Rossoneri's door.
Who will win out?
