Roma on Bacca: Pavoletti for Milan
After the voices linking Milan striker Carlos Bacca with a summer move to PSG and Atletico Madrid, now Roma are also believed to be eyeing up the Colombian. The rossoneri are asking for somewhere in the region of €30 million for the 29-year-old with the capital club preferring an initial loan deal with a permanent deal to be made the following summer depending on appearances, goals and final placing. First however, Sporting Director Sabatini must try to off-load Edin Dzeko.
MILAN ON PAVOLETTI
In Milan, after securing Lapadula the rossoneri continue to pursue Leonardo Pavoletti of Genoa. The player’s arrival according to Corriere dello Sport, could hinge on whether the port side would accept Matri, Niang and Suso heading in the other direction. Kevin Prince-Boateng’s future lies away from the San Siro with summer target Saponara now wanted by Sevilla.
LEFT-BACK FOR ROMA
Returning to the capital, Roma are close to off-loading Doumbia to Basel and Ljajic to Torino with Iago Falque. Now the giallorossi have made Zabaleta a primary target for the defence with Bruno Peres and Zappacosta providing the alternatives.
