Roma in talks with Milan over El Shaarawy transfer
Milan’s Alessio Cerci and Stefan El Shaarawy have been recently linked with Roma move and according to La Stampa, Adriano Galliani and Walter Sabatini negotiated ‘The Pharaoh’ transfer last night as they met for dinner in Roma last evening.
The former Genoa hopeful is currently playing at AS Monaco, but the Monegasques have revealed that they are not eager to exercise the player’s € 13 million buy-out clause which is mandatory after 25 appearances of El Shaarawy with the Ligue 1 side.
Leonardo Jardim, in turn, will exclude the 23-year-old from AS Monaco’s squad until the end of the season.
Roma are reportedly lying up the offer of a six-months loan deal with undetermined buy-out clause fee. Milan could accept Roma’s conditions in case they’ll make the player’s move permanent at the end of the season for a fee in the region of € 12-14 million.
